Of all the happenings at SNAP the chance to jump into a freezing cold river at dawn, on a chilly April morning didn't have the highest take up.

A few hardy fools got up early enough to take part.  A few people were still drunk from the night before and hadn't been to bed yet.  Some had their swim suits at the ready.  Some just got in in their underwear.  Drunk or foolish, they were all still brave and courageous enough to plunge into the river Teifi.  SNAPsters we salute you.

This year we'll be wild swimming in the afternoon so the river has a chance to warm up a bit.  And by a bit we mean a degree or so. Bring a massive, warm fluffy towel.

Who'll be brave enough to get their Wild Swim on at SNAP 2016?  It's just one of the awesome activities we'll have on offer from yoga to crafting to gorge walks to film screenings to chilling out in the wood fired sauna.
