What is it?

SNAP Shred is a workout for your business.  We'll be covering the nitty gritty of running a wedding photography business from workflow to managing client expectations.

SNAP Shred is run by Head SNAPster Laura Babb.  Laura has successfully built a wedding photography business that shoots upwards of 50 weddings a year and she's also built a brand that routinely attracts her ideal clients.

Not only that but she's built and launched SNAP, Europe's first festival for wedding photographers so she knows a thing or two about growing a creative brand.

Laura will be inviting a special guest to join her (to be announced soon!) and they'll both give their perspective on different aspects of running a successful photography business.  We'll also have Peter Wilbourne on hand to give individual feedback on your website and branding.

When and Where is it happening?

1st December 2015, in London.  We'll be popping to the pub afterwards for a post-SHRED drink and dinner so come ready for fun.

Who's it for?

If you're new-ish to wedding photography or if you feel like the business side of things could use some TLC this is for you!  Maybe you're just about to make the leap to full time or maybe you've been around for a while but things aren't clicking into place for you.

Either way we'll put you through your business paces and tell you everything there is to know about how we do it.  You'll leave with an actionable plan that will help you to push your business forward.

What will be covered?

Finding clients, building your brand, social media, SEO, wedding work flow from start to finish, editing, managing client expectations, finding your voice, client after care, blogging, community, getting press coverage and the client experience.

We'll also be asking you to tell us specifically what areas of business you struggle with so we can brain storm solutions.

And because we all know that the business side of things isn't why we love doing this, there will be a one hour shoot with a couple to finish off the day.

What else do I need to know?
